Descripción Contribuir al mantenimiento de un estado nutricional adecuado en los niños, niñas y adolescentes que participan en el proyecto, garantizando el diagnóstico y seguimiento del estado nutricional, puesta en funcionamiento del comedor comunitario y la educación de hábitos de alimentación saludable. Elaborar el ciclo de menús de acuerdo al patrón de consumo, incluyendo alimento por beneficiario y por grupo de edad. Mantener el seguimiento y la retroalimentación permanente al servicio de alimentación por terceros, garantizando los lineamientos establecidos por INN. Realizar control permanente del estado nutricional de las niñas, niños y adolescentes mediante la toma de medidas antropométricas. Planificar el sistema de distribución y entrega de suplementos nutricional a participantes. Organizar y sistematizar información sobre las acciones adelantadas con las y los beneficiarios del programa. Brindar educación nutricional por medio de talleres educativos a los participantes y colaboradores del hogar de paso.
