Strong Knowledge of Crude oil and refined products market. Excellent knowledge of petrochemical business and marketing capability including technical areas, cost accounting, contract administration, trade rules and legal compliance. Excellent knowledge of sales & marketing techniques including financial/accounting for credit risk and customer evaluation. Line management capability and ability to promote team working and productive environment DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Sales Strategy Development : Engage with all stakeholders in the company in developing company annual/monthly operating plan and provided necessary inputs in terms of price forecast, economics outlook, demand forecast etc. Liaise with Marketers to develop marketing strategy/plan in line with marketing committee directions. Manage Marketer Performance: Oversee and manage marketer performance in terms of pricing, allocation, deductibles to achieve the highest performance toward company ultimate objective Market Intelligence: Monitor ,analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and adjust marketing strategy/plan in response to such markets dynamics and to ensure maximization of company bottom line. Monomer & By products sales : Manage and oversee the sales activities for company products that is sold directly by the company and ensure achieving the maximum realization Business Growth : Support and engage actively in identifying growth opportunities for the company in line with company long term strategy Budget : Prepare the annual budget for the department and monitor actual expenditure against approved budget with proper tracking of any deviation and take appropriate action accordingly in order to meet the budget targets. The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available. If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you. 2.3 Video interviews with hiring managers: which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field. 3. Conditional Offer A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.
