Who Are We: Robert Ventures, a leading alternative asset investment company focused on real estate and Web3 investments, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Requirements What You'll Do:   Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify opportunities for improvement. Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email. Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience reach. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics. Work on building and maintaining an effective email marketing strategy for lead generation and customer retention. SEO and Website Optimization: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversion. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Leverage CRM technology (Go High Level a plus) to automate, schedule, and report out on the results. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing strategy accordingly. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
