For Diageo Venezuela, its part of structure named Growth, which its main goal is to build the future of the company in the mid-long term.About the roleThe scope of this role covers innovation “end to end”; from participation in strategic opportunity identification, through ideation and concept development to commercialization through the Innovation gate process. It will be primarily focused on development of new categories. It will be required to take lead responsibility for certain projects, which need to be completed following Diageo processes in full compliance, but with an open eye for optimization opportunities.Build recommendations to Innovation Manager regarding consumer buying patterns & trade environments (mostly On Trade driven exercise)Track incubation projects in line with sales and marketing KPIs, develop commercial strategies and lead execution in line with sales force.Build strong relationship with Sales Force & Customers ensuring excellent cooperation and execution of the projects. Also, develop quality relationships with outlet managers and ownersCreate highly distinctive marketing and shopper marketing offers based on cultural insight.About You3+ years’ work experience at associate brand managers/ related positionsPassion for celebrationDemonstrated ability in marketing & shopper marketing experiencesFlexibility and Agility, key for success in the roleA medium/high level of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong presentation skills, are essential.Alcoholic Beverages experience is beneficial yet not mandatoryExcellent persuasion skillsEnglish IntermediateWorker Type :RegularPrimary Location:CaracasAdditional Locations :Job Posting Start Date : 2024-01-15
