The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DaVita and has a dynamic, growing, and entrepreneurial team that is committed to increasing access to organ transplantation by innovating and creating greater connectivity between transplant candidates, transplant centers, physicians, and care teams.MedSleuth is seeking a Designer, User Interface to drive the value of our organization by improving our design of the existing and soon to be implemented product suite. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on and will help build platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude, while building and supporting a world class team.This person will:Develop effective user stories and detailed visual mockups to increase the value and clinical impact of our productsIdentify and prioritize improvements to design and performance Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design conceptsSupport QA and development teams to ensure successful product releasesEngage with customers from front-line support requests to detail feedback and design sessionsWhat we’re looking for:Strongly preferred: Salesforce experiencePreferred experience:Relevant work as a product designerAgile, continuous development project workJira, Confluence, and Miro preferredSummary of essential duties and functions:Designs, develops, and supports various applications in the IT and Clinical spacesVisual designsWireframes and prototypesParticipates in design reviews to maintain consistency across multiple applications and guarantee adherence to requirements and standardsWorks with the QA for defect resolutionWorks with Development teams to implement designsWorks with the team leads and/or project managers for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reportingPartners with Product Owner(s) and diverse stakeholders to understand requirements and reflect those in comps resulting in Product Owner approvalOther duties as assignedWhat We’ll Provide:More than just pay, our MedSleuth/DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
