OVERVIEW Extensia is searching for a detailed oriented and highly organized professional who is qualified and experienced to perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks. An enthusiastic and personable individual would be able to grow with the firm, and help us with promoting our business, helping the client-facing consulting team with administrative tasks so they can focus on engagement delivery. This is a part time remote work-from-home role, which will grow over time to a full-time position with benefits. We are primarily looking for candidates located in Central and South America. Requirements Must pass a thorough background investigations and credit check, with validation from local law enforcement required as per local recruitment standards. Candidates will be required to provide color copies of their government issued passport. At least 3 professional references are required to be considered for this role. Requirements Here are the top level business requirements for this role: Work under a Scrum or Agile development model. Manage a team of offshore and on-shore developers, designers, and engineers through each development Sprint. Meet with business stakeholders and document formal user stories, use cases, and platform specifications. Coordinate meetings with platform architecture team to document design specifications, solution selection, and delivery prioritization. Generate Sprint plans with Kanban and review with business stakeholders, platform architects, and development teams to ensure cohesion between business expectations and delivery capabilities. It would be helpful to have a good understanding of AWS microservices architecture, NodeJS, Javascript, Express, DynamoDB and MongoDB. Working knowledge of AWS-Cognito, Lambda, ElasticSearch, and other AWS microservices architecture. Willing to roll up sleeves and contribute to the collective success of the team.
