Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful employee will lead their expansion initiatives in Latin America (LATAM). The ideal candidate will be a fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker with proven experience in business development and team management on the Latin American market. Position: LATAM Business Development Manager Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, LATAM region preferable Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available) Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Latin American market Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Latin America to achieve established goals Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Latin America   REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both verbal and written Forex experience with active portfolio of LATAM clients is an absolute must (please do not expect a reply if you do not have this) Ideally residing in LATAM Proficiency in English is an advantage Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff Strong knowledge of how to expand the network fast Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions Availability to travel within Latin America as needed   OFFER: Competitive remuneration An opportunity to build a company and grow in it Private medical insurance The freedom and flexibility of fully remote work Collaborative and supportive team environment
