Social Media and Marketing Assistant (Fully Remote)

Online research. Managing the client's calendar, email inbox, and CRM. Making travel/flight research and reservations. Making presentations and documents. Working with online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Shopify, Amazon, online stores, etc.) Creating, scheduling, and posting content. Our projects could include only some of the functions listed, as well as additional ones not listed here. Requirements C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills. At least 1 year of experience in administrative and social media roles. Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree. A quiet home office with a desk and office chair. Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed. A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone. Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.) Benefits Entry-level payment rates: $4/hr (approx $640-740/month). Ongoing pay increments at each work anniversary. Discretionary client bonuses (over 80% of our clients award significant end-of-year bonuses to their team members).
