Bilingual Medical Doctor

The ideal candidate should strive in a customer service environment, specifically in the medical field. As a pre-op and post-op doctor, you need to demonstrate your ability to interact with patients online and over the phone. Also, you need to be oriented to detail and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and via e-mails. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and act as a liaison between the surgeon and physicians. Prepare the patients medical history 60 days and 30 days before and after surgery. Maintain communication with the patients primary care physician for a complete physical and psychological evaluation, along with an evaluation of the patients history and diagnostic tests. Verify and report the preoperative medications and medical history of each patient Make sure your patients meet discharge criteria Answer all incoming calls, return calls to patients, and take notes in the proper system. Forward all calls to the correct department. Any other task assigned by the manager department Requirements: English skills required Completed Medical Doctor´s degree or any degree in the medical field. Availability to work full-time in our office located in Chacao Being able to start immediately Available to work in a schedule Mon - Fri (09:00 a.m - 5:30 p.m)
